A leap of faith
I am Jason Andrews, founder and CEO of We Just Clean. Before I ever picked up a mop, I spent more than twenty years in aviation, holding senior leadership positions across the Caribbean. My last role was Chief Operating Officer for the Caribbean at one of the largest ground-handling companies in the world, managing operations in several countries and coordinating hundreds of staff across airports, where precision under pressure is the job.
Why cleaning?
In aviation and in life, people want trust, reliability and results. Whether it is boarding a flight or booking a cleaner, what they really want is peace of mind. I saw a gap in home services across the region and set out to build a company that treats a two-bedroom apartment with the same discipline as an aircraft turnaround.
Where we are now
We Just Clean started in Trinidad and Tobago, expanded to Barbados, and now serves Jamaica with the same booking platform, the same checklists and the same office oversight. In Jamaica we work with vetted independent cleaners in each area, which lets us grow with demand while keeping one standard.
